Powdered Sugar/Maple syrup
Paniyaram Kadai (Pancake puff pan)
- Heat the paniyaram pan in a medium flame and grease the pan with butter. (You can skip the butter for low fat puffs.)
- Pour the batter, filling 3/4th of each well of the pan.
- Cook for a couple of mins until the bottoms are golden brown and carefully flip the the other side with the skewer and cook for another min.
- Remove the puffs from the pan and dust it with powdered sugar.
Serve hot with warmed maple syrup.
