Pancake puffs/puppies














Ingredients:


Pancake batter (Checkout my Pancake recipe)
Powdered Sugar/Maple syrup
Butter (optional)
Skewers (optional)

Paniyaram Kadai (Pancake puff pan)

How to:
  • Heat the paniyaram pan in a medium flame and grease the pan with butter. (You can skip the butter for low fat puffs.)
  • Pour the batter, filling 3/4th of each well of the pan. 











  • Cook for a couple of  mins until the bottoms are golden brown and carefully flip the the other side with the skewer and cook for another min. 









  • Remove the puffs from the pan and dust it with powdered sugar.











Serve hot with warmed maple syrup.

Pancake


















Ingredients:


2 cups All purpose flour (Maida)
2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
2tsp Baking powder
2-3tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
1 1/2tbsp cooking Oil

Optional:

Butter (for topping)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Powdered Sugar (for sprinkling)
Honey/Jam/Maple syrup (for drizzling)
Strawberry/Blueberry (any fruit)
Handheld electric mixer

How to:                                                                        

  •  In a bowl mix together the flour, salt and baking powder.                                                                             


  • Separate the white and yellow of the eggs and keep aside.




  • Add the sugar and milk to the egg yolks and mix well.
